Wer wir sind: Das Trainingsportfolio des Racoon Crew e.V. deckt mehrere Disziplinen ab, die sich im Spektrum des Kampfsports befinden. Hauptfokus liegt dabei auf Muay Thai (thailändisch für Thaiboxen), was in regelmäßigen Einheiten trainiert wird. Alle Altersgruppen und Erfahrungslevel ab 14 Jahre können bei uns mitmachen. Für Menschen, die sich mit dem FLINTA* Begriff angesprochen fühlen, gibt es auch ein gesondertes Trainingsangebot.

Who we are: The training portfolio of Racoon Crew e.V. covers several disciplines within the spectrum of martial arts. The main focus is on Muay Thai (Thai for Thai boxing), which is trained in regular sessions. All age groups and experience levels from 14 years of age can join us. For people who feel addressed by the FLINTA* term, there is also a separate training offer.
